Wedding “Day of” Coordinator

To ensure a smooth rehearsal and wedding day, it's important to have a primary contact overseeing the work of wedding vendors according to the contract. Ongoing communication with the bridal party, officiant, and venue is also crucial. Creating and managing a timeline for both the rehearsal and wedding day can help ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Wedding Planner

Our wedding planning service is designed to work directly with the clients throughout the journey. We assist with sourcing suppliers and negotiating vendor contracts. We discuss wedding logistics with the clients, venue, decorator, and Day of Coordinator. Additionally, we provide weekly review and oversight of action items being completed. (Services can be combined with Day of Coordinator).

Special Events Coordinator

If you're planning a non-wedding event, consider having With Love & Lindsey to assist you. Our services include budgeting, vendor management, timeline coordination, and other aspects of event planning. Contact us to learn more about how we can make your event unforgettable.
